Peter M. Lahni, Jr. is a business-crisis

and retail.
Most recently, Lahni worked as the chief financial officer for a $70M furniture
importer and distributor. After liquidating and selling assets, Lahni returned
$21M to the lender. In a similar scenario, he liquidated a hardware distributor
and returned $9M to the lender. His deep expertise in crisis management enables
him to make the correct assessment, establish strategic priorities and to take
quick, decisive action, resulting in significant financial benefits for his
clients.
Lahni has held positions as president, chief financial officer, chief operating
officer, designated representative, responsible officer and liquidating trustee.
He currently acts as a court-appointed receiver for two truck stops, as well
as a beer drive-thru franchise and company-owned stores operation in the Midwest.
