James R. Feehan business-crisis

and finance. He uses solid know-how and experience to assist clients
with reorganizations and bankruptcy, financial compliance and reporting,
and company formation and financing.
Feehan recently served as the liquidating agent for a major transport
services company. Due to his representation, the net realization of the
company’s liquidation was substantially higher than forecasted
by secured creditors.
Feehan has also reviewed, prepared, and implemented budgets in excess
of $300 million, and supervised preparation of monthly reports and year-end
statements for various companies. He has supervised the formation of
three music stores and assisted in refinancing and restructuring of debts
and loans.
